Class G Hi-Fi Amplifier
The goal was to design a power amplifier that met relevant requirements, alongside a preamplifier with built-in RIAA equalisation for converting turntable signals to line level.
A Class G design was selected for low distortion and improved efficiency compared with the widely used Class AB topology. The report covers circuit design and testing of the resulting prototype.
